Selfishly: Super excited that I was able to tour this home AND get it under contract!

Professionally: What an amazing, custom, home in the middle of Baton Rouge!

Personally: Over the moon for my friends!!!

Picture this. It's the 4th of July weekend and you are heading to your fishing camp. One of your lifelong friends who you have recently showed homes to in Ascension Parish sends you this house and says, "Heyyyy. Soooo. Maybe we do want to live in Baton Rouge?!" You immediately call the listing agent and get the intel if any offers are on the table and if you need to turn the car around 😅

Luckily for us, freedom was ringing and we had secured this beauty! We hurried up and scheduled inspections as my clients were leaving for their honeymoon in a week .. what a month for them!

It was a treat of a transaction as a mother and her children sold their family home and ever so lovingly passed the torch to the new owners. Here's to them becoming master gardeners in their own right 😉

Snuck in to see this one before it hit the market and had I brought my laptop with me, we would have written up an offer on the spot! Aside from a double vanity in the primary bathroom (😆) it checked all of the boxes!
