🔨 **NOW HIRING – Maintenance Technician / Handyman** 🔨

**Homestead Realty** is looking for a dependable, skilled maintenance technician to join our network of trusted vendors! We have a steady flow of work maintaining and preparing residential rental properties.

**Typical jobs include:**
🏠 Interior painting
🪵 Installing LVP and other flooring
💡 Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, and hardware
🚰 Replacing faucets and sink fixtures
🔧 General property maintenance and minor repairs

**Additional experience is a huge plus:**
✔️ Minor plumbing repairs
✔️ Basic HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
✔️ General contracting and remodeling

**How Pay Works:**
• **Small maintenance jobs** are paid at an **agreed-upon hourly rate (DOE)**.
• **Larger remodel or repair projects** will be **bid individually**, with pricing agreed upon before work begins.
• Applicants should be comfortable estimating and quoting their own larger jobs.

This is **not a guaranteed full-time hourly position**, but we have a **steady volume of maintenance work** throughout the year for the right person.

**Requirements:**
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Own basic tools
✅ Ability to work independently and communicate professionally
✅ Quality workmanship and attention to detail
