On July 1, the "middle housing" law (HB1110) has gone into effect. Cities must allow for the possibility of additional dwelling units on a person's property. For cities under a population of 25,000 not adjoined to the largest city in the county, there is some relief from all of the requirements put forward in HB1110. Ask me a question about it and I can point you in the right direction.

Just thought I would let you know I am happy to be part of RSVP Real Estate. I appreciated the many years I was with Windermere and learned about all things real estate. I couldn't have asked for a better incubator. But now it's time to stretch my wings a little bit more.

I have always been a bit paranoid to make a big deal about the real estate hat that I wear. I do not want anyone to think the primary reason I want a relationship with anyone is to either sell them a house or list their house. That is why I will never send you a market update or an analysis of your house or be the first to bring up a conversation about real estate unless you want to have a conversation about real estate or you ask for a report. I like my friends too much to make that a first priority. I absolutely do not make friends to sell them a house.
With that off my chest, I will answer any real estate question that you might have.

This looks like a nice project. My childhood home was one block from the Montlake Cut on Hamlin St. From Montlake Park at the end of the street, you wilk be able to see the progress.

This is the best time to get your house ready to sell. In 2019, homes listed between March 11-18 sold the quickest. Homes listed the week of April 22nd sold over the asking price. Start applying that elbow grease! Please share with your friends to give me a call if they need some direction.
