✨ Closing Day

Today we closed on a beautiful Texas home for my amazing buyer clients, the Villaluna family! 🏡💛

From the moment they reached out -all the way from Guam, I made it my mission to be there for them on every level. Last month, they flew to Texas, and we spent three full days exploring everything available until we found the one. ✨

Then they hopped on a plane back to Guam to tie up loose ends and prepare for their big move — and today, we made it official!
