The weekend grind!

Sewer 8” main and manhole install for Berkeley Springs project is underway and set for completion on Monday.

This was a fun little project for a 90 degree spring day.

Berkeley Springs 1 of 4 new builds is getting closer to completion.

Thanks to the Master carpenter Steve for giving a hand inside. Doors and trim getting installed. Outside about complete. A few weeks and should be ready for showings!

Another project complete!

This little river house project included removing the lower 4 foot solid wall, framing and painting, and installing screen to match the top for a complete see through porch.

It’s deck season!

It has been a productive week. A demolition and new build of a 12x40 deck with composite Trex decking, vinyl railing, and concealed with vinyl lattice with an access door.

A property maintenance job complete.
Beautiful day for parking lot stripping. It’s that time of year, give us a call to freshen up those lines.

Productive day on the hill in Berkeley Springs. Siding will be completed on Monday. Drywall is hung and will be finished next week, then to painting and finals!
