I knew this family is going to become my friends for life when I first met them-warm and big hearted, positive energy AND Niner fans to the core!

It was a real treat to help them attain this awesome downtown San Jose condo for their son Ameet-who is super fortunate to soon walk across the street from his new home to his work! No more 3 hour commute on CalTrain! Not to mention, we got them the keys in just 5 days!

I call that a TOUCHDOWN! 🏈

I met this lovely couple in August of 2024-they were flirting with the idea of buying a home and planting new roots in the area after selling their home abroad. Still getting to know the Silicon Valley area, and a crazy busy work life, buying a home became just a nice thought. But the realities of being a renter became truly felt-they called me after a long vacation and said, Courtney, we’re READY now…
