Confession time... 👀

Homeowners are usually much harder on their homes than buyers are.

I've had sellers point out every little thing they don't like:

The cabinets.
The carpet.
The bathroom.
The paint.

Meanwhile buyers are walking through the house imagining family dinners, holiday gatherings, and where they'll create their own memories. ❤️🏡

It's funny how we can look at the exact same home and see completely different things.

Have you ever had "the one that got away?" 👀🏡

Not a person... a house. 😂

I once worked with buyers who found a home that checked almost every box.

Great location.
Great layout.
Great yard.

But they decided to wait because they didn't love one thing about it.

A few days later, it was gone.

And years later?

They still talk about that house.

Sometimes we're so focused on finding perfect that we overlook something really good.
