🛒 What store opening would make your week?

For a lot of Central Ohio residents, the answer might be Trader Joe’s. Plans have been submitted for a new location near Polaris, which would become the area's third Trader Joe’s and the first new Central Ohio location in more than 20 years.

The proposed store would be located near Ikea and Topgolf, bringing another highly requested grocery option to one of the region's fastest-growing areas.

It's always exciting to see new retailers investing in Columbus, especially in areas that continue to attract new residents, businesses, and entertainment options.

Happy Friday!

The Central Ohio market stayed active April 7-13th, and two numbers really stood out to me:

1,208 New Listings hit the market and
741 homes went into contract

What does that tell us?
We’re continuing to see fresh inventory come in, but buyers are still moving quickly when the right home hits.

So, if you’ve been wondering:
“Is now a good time to list?”
“Am I going to be competing with a lot of buyers?”

The answer is — it depends on your situation, but the data is starting to give us some really helpful direction.
