Brian is a proud graduate of Ohio University and spent his early career in client services and sales before transitioning to real estate. Brian has lived in Columbus for over 20 years and currently resides in Bexley with his family. He is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers in the Central Ohio market by providing exemplary service and personal attention throughout the process. CONGRATS to my buyers on their amazing new home in North Bexley! We were shopping at a time of tight inventory and a price point that was competitive. Buyers made a connection with these sellers and we were able to put together a deal that worked off market. This house has so much character and has been incredibly well maintained and updated. CONGRATS to my buyers on their new home in Bexley! Inventory has been so tight especially in North Bexley at certain price points. This house was listed around 7PM on a Wed night. We immediately scheduled a showing that evening to get ahead of the competition. Put together a competitive offer in the morning and we were in contract a few hours later. Really happy for my buyers and their landing spot!

SOLD! Congrats to my seller on the record setting sale of her South Bexley home! We talked about a plan to take the home to market to maximize our purchase price but my seller was open to the idea of an off market deal if the price was right. I carefully considered what that price might need to be given lack of inventory and buyer demand especially in South Bexley. We settled on a price that would set a record sale price for a home under 1500 sq. feet in all of Bexley and we got it! We negotiated favorable terms as well for the seller so it was a win all around! Thank you again to my seller for her trust and the opportunity to help!
