One of my 7 favorite days of the week is WELCOME WEDNESDAYS!!!!
💙

04/23/2025

Today was Earth Day—a reminder that growth takes time, nurturing, and intention. And your business? It’s no different.

Think of your real estate career like a seed. You planted it with passion. But just like in nature, nothing flourishes overnight. It needs sunlight—that’s your mindset. Water—that’s your daily effort. And rich soil—that’s your environment. The people you surround yourself with. The tools you use. The training you seek.

Every lead you follow up with, every relationship you build, every challenge you push through—it’s like tending to your garden. It may not look like much at first… but give it time. Stay consistent. Trust the process. And suddenly—boom—growth.

So today, while we celebrate this beautiful planet, take a second to look at your own ecosystem. What needs to be cleared out? What needs to be fertilized? Are you giving yourself the space to grow tall and strong?

Because the agents who win in this industry are the ones who plant, protect, and persevere.

Happy Earth Day—and here’s to growing something incredible.

Welcome to the Momentum of Truth!

Q4 is here, and how you finish the year will shape your future. It’s a scientific fact. 😉

💡 Newton’s First Law: An object at rest stays at rest, but an object in motion stays in motion.
👉 Stuck? Break through that static friction—even one small step can ignite your momentum.
🔥 Already moving? That’s kinetic energy—keep accelerating!

⚖️ Newton’s Second Law: More effort = more acceleration. Push hard now, and you’re setting the stage for your BEST year yet in 2025.

✨ Newton’s Third Law: For every action, there’s an equal and opposite reaction. The work you put in this quarter will come back tenfold. Calls, deals, connections—they’re all seeds for a thriving future pipeline.

This is YOUR Momentum of Truth. Will you build your momentum, or let the year slip by?

Attention Maine REALTORS®:

With all the recent industry changes, I’m finding there’s been a lot of conflicting information circulating. This misinformation is coming from various sources, and I’m not here to point fingers. While it’s understandable that these changes can create confusion, it’s important that we stay informed as professionals. 🧠💼

In the spirit of supporting our Maine REALTOR® community, I’m offering to help any Maine REALTOR® navigate these changes with clarity and confidence. By understanding these changes together, we can continue to uphold the highest standards in our industry and provide the best service to buyers and sellers across our great state. 🏠✨

Just because we work at different agencies doesn’t mean we can’t all want to see each other succeed in business and help our clients achieve their goals. We’re all in this together, and a stronger, more informed industry benefits everyone. 🤝📈

This is about gaining a better understanding of the changes and debunking the myths. 🛠️📝

I invite you to reach out for a discussion—whether you agree with my insights or not, I guarantee you’ll leave with at least one helpful takeaway for your business. Together, we can better understand these changes and dispel the misinformation out there. I’m here to support our profession and help us all stay ahead. 🚀

Feel free to PM me here on Facebook, text/call me at 207-478-1502, or email me at [email protected]. Let’s keep moving forward. 💬📲
