Thanks to everyone who came out to our Morris Ave Block Party & Pong Tournament and made it a fun afternoon of competition and connection!

We loved hearing how many great memories people have from spending time at the old Carrigan’s, and we’re excited to see what the next chapter holds for this property.

📚 🤵‍♂️ Rotaract Club Foundation Ball 2026

IronVest is proud to support our broker, Harris Snipes, in his role as a member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham.

An avid reader himself, Harris is especially passionate about initiatives that promote literacy and access to books for young students. This year’s Foundation Ball supported Rotaract’s signature program, Ready2Read, an initiative that partners with local schools to help 2nd and 3rd graders build home libraries and develop a lifelong love of reading.

Under his direction, Big top raised over $446,000 to support autism services across Alabama. IronVest was honored to sponsor the event and stand behind Kyle as he led such an impactful year.
