I love these mid century homes in Crestline Gardens. Our lisiting at 101 Elder St is a great example of a tastefully renovated, move in ready home. I can't decide if I love the ribbon windows or the private back patio more. Its currently looking for a new owner at $299,000.00.

Did you know they're building a COSTCO in Irondale!!! This is big news for property values in the surrounding area. Studies show home values can go up 5% - 7% in a 5 mile radius of a store. The Costco effect is real and it is huge.

BTW, we also have this amazing mid century home in this area at an amazing price. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath at 101 Elder St was tastefully renovated to retain its mid century charm while updating it for modern living. Getting into this neighborhood at this price with a Costco coming is a smart move!
