Lot 9 is BRICKED! 👏 And she’s looking good.

Next up: sheetrock.

One of our favorite things about watching a custom home come together is seeing just how much thought goes into the details you’ll never notice once the house is finished.

Case in point: the cabinetry was actually drawn out on the foundation to double-check placement and make sure everything was exactly where it needed to be before moving forward.

It’s an extra step. It takes extra time. And it’s exactly the kind of attention to detail that keeps little things from becoming big things later.

And can we talk about this brick? The red brick paired with this elevation gives Lot 9 a completely different personality and really sets it apart within Five Oaks.

Oh my gosh, this one is a BEAUTY. 😍

We know we say it all the time, but there is just something incredible about watching a custom home go from an idea our client dreamed up… to plans on paper… to a dirt lot… and finally to THIS.

Lot 15 at Five Oaks is officially at framing, and now we can really see this home coming to life.

The ceiling heights are an absolute standout, but honestly, it’s the overall size and stature of this home on the lot that gets you. It has presence — and it fits beautifully into Five Oaks.

Centennial Homes and David Smelcer have done a terrific job helping these clients take all those early ideas and turn them into a home that is going to be pretty spectacular.

And we still have a long way to go. We can’t wait to show you what’s next!

What’s happening in Five Oaks? A LOT. 👀🏡

You know Five Oaks — over by Lifetime Fitness, y’all — and zoned for Vestavia Hills schools. Things are moving fast, and it’s so much fun watching each of these custom homes take shape.

🏡 Lot 13 — SOLD & CLOSED! We recently got a tour after the homeowner had everything furnished and settled in, and WOW. Her home is absolutely stunning. Seeing the finished product come together exactly for the person who dreamed it up is the best part of custom building.

🧱 Lot 15 — AT FRAME! And magnificent is the word. This one already has such a presence, and it’s only getting better.

🤍 Lot 9 — BRICK IS GOING UP! This home is stunning, and I am completely obsessed with the round window. It’s one of those architectural details that makes the whole house.

🚧 Lot 4 — FOOTINGS ARE IN! It feels like yesterday this was just a homesite, and before we know it, we’ll be walking through the framing.

✏️ Lot 1 — IN DESIGN! This is a basement lot, and we cannot wait to see what the homeowners dream up for it. This is where the fun starts.

Five Oaks is becoming such a beautiful little collection of one-of-a-kind custom homes, each with its own architecture, personality and wish list.
