Why? Because I don’t want you falling in love with a house and THEN trying to figure out whether the numbers work.

A pre-approval gives us a clearer picture of your buying power, helps us shop within a comfortable range, and lets sellers know you’re serious when it’s time to make an offer.

And if you’re thinking, “Well, I don’t even know where to start with getting pre-approved…” That’s okay. Call me.
