Robin Lawrence - Chinowth & Cohen

Robin Lawrence - Chinowth & Cohen While Robin is a very simple and practical person, she is also very zealous about serving all of her clients, seeing them through every last detail.

“I'm just a girl, standing at your door, asking you for the opportunity to help you buy or sell a home.” Well yes, that may be a remake of a line from a movie, but it describes Robin perfectly. The ability that helping people buy and sell homes gives her to be creative and original, is the inspiration behind what she does. Whether marketing your home or finding a home that meets your needs, she lo

ves to look outside the box. “You never know what will happen or what you might find until you do.”

Robin began her Real Estate career in 2008 which was the beginning of one of the worst financial crisis affecting the Real Estate Market. It was said that she could go no where but up. That statement has proven itself true. Robin previously served as an account specialist at Hallmark, where she developed brand marketing skills that she uses in Real Estate to market each of her listings. Robin also served as a Children’s director teaching preschool, which allowed her to develop the essential inter-personal skills needed for real estate. This background has served her well and given her the experience she needs to now serve you as your Real Estate Consultant. Robin believes the key in accomplishing your Real Estate goals is communication. Without it, it is simply impossible to partner affectively in our venture together.

“I love helping people, it’s why I started a career in real estate.” Robin explained. “I pride myself on going the extra mile for my clients, doing more for them than what they expect. That’s what makes a great realtor.”

Storage is rarely the first priority for buyers touring a home, and it shouldn't be the first thing they consider.
