Central Ohio continues to hold steady, but knowing what’s worth doing (and what’s not) before hitting the market can make a real difference. That’s where the right guidance comes in!

Three months into 2026, the housing market remains on pace with 2025. Sales in March increased by 0.5%, with 2,118 closings recorded in the Columbus & Central Ohio Regional MLS.

FANNIE MAE 🤝🏼 BITCOIN

Fannie Mae has officially accepted its first crypto-backed mortgage product.

What this could mean:
🔸 More flexibility for high-net-worth and tech-forward buyers
🔸 New pathways to qualify without traditional liquidity
🔸 Continued evolution of how lenders view assets

It is still early, but the real estate + finance worlds are definitely evolving (finally!) with a clear sign of where things are heading.

Better Home and Finance is partnering with Coinbase on a crypto-backed mortgage that conforms to Fannie Mae guidelines.
