I love coming to work and feeling like I’ve stepped into a relative’s house for a family reunion. I love that my coworkers and my management know me on a personal level and care about me as a friend. It removes all of the anxiety and rigidity from work when your company sees you on a personal level instead of just as an employee doing numbers. 🤍

“As of now, Refi’s are my niche. They’ve been the perfect place to start and vital to building my foundation as a processor.”
