🚨 LOCAL REALTOR UNDER INVESTIGATION🚨

Bloomington authorities have officially opened an inquiry into local realtor Lavinia Chudy after multiple reports claimed she was “being way too extra” while selling homes.

Witnesses report suspicious behavior including:
• making cinematic listing videos for starter homes
• showing up to open houses with themed snacks and playlists
• crying over paint colors
• referring to neighborhoods as “a whole vibe”
• responding to texts at unhealthy speeds
• creating emotional attachments to houses she doesn’t even own
• saying things like “this natural light is healing me”

One anonymous source stated:
“She made me feel something during a walkthrough. That can’t be professional.”

Another added:
“I just asked about square footage and somehow ended up discussing my long term life goals.”

Officials say the investigation intensified after Lavinia was allegedly caught:
✔ dramatically fluffing pillows before showings
✔ filming 47 takes of a reel
✔ treating every listing like an HGTV finale
✔ using phrases like ‘cozy but elevated’
✔ making spreadsheets for fun

When asked for comment, Lavinia replied:
“I just care too much.”
