David Klein, AFM, ALC serves as the managing real estate broker for our company and spends time selling farmland by private treaty and public sale throughout this territory. He is assisted by 34 licensed real estate brokers located in six Central Illinois offices specializing in farmland sales. First Mid Ag Services is under the leadership of Brian Thompson, AFM, ARA. This division manages over 285,000 acres of farmland with over 95% of the managed acres located in Illinois. This is more acres than is managed by any other firm based in Illinois. The staff provides a full range of professional agricultural services including farm management, rural appraisal, real estate sales, crop insurance risk management products and general agricultural farmland consulting services.
