Nanci was amazing! This was our first time buying a home. To say she went above and beyond is an vast understatement. We met her by chance at a open house, and we hit it off immediately. Within days she was taking us to viable homes in good neighborhoods, using her expertise to guide us to suitable places to raise our little family of three. She said she treated all her clients like her own family; a lot of people say that, but Nanci really means it! She took great care of us, negotiating diligently with the seller / selling agent, ensuring a good deal and our safety and well-being as if we were her own kids. She scrutinized invoices and inspections, double-checked repairs were done by qualified service providers, kept everyone on schedule and even climbed into our attic to make sure a roof leak was properly mended! Every curveball my lender and the seller threw at us was handled with grace and professionalism. If I were to do it all again, the only thing I would change would be to do EVERYTHING through Nanci - we had chosen a separate entity for a lender, which worked out fine (thanks to Nanci), but it would have been more seamless if I had gone with her team of trusted providers. Thank you so much, Nanci, you're the best!
