Here is another look at the Greater KC market. Obviously in specific areas the details can look different. But as a whole, the market is slowing. The frenetic pace and overpaying is relaxing. The buyer and seller are on similar ground now. Still a good time to sell and for buyers a great time to not have to overpay to get what you want.
There are specific pockets that it is still frenetic and you will have to overpay.

Market Update for Jackson County!

May looked like the market was slowing with fewer closings, prices up 2%, and days on the market slightly increasing.

IMO-this market is more even instead of leaning towards the seller!

Great time to be looking to buy a house!

Drew had quite a week of tennis. They had 2 tournaments and 3 duals. He played 14 matches and only lost 3 all week. As a team they finished 3rd at the Park Hill tournament and 1st at the Truman tournament. And Drew and his partner Craig finished 3rd and 1st in the B flights of those tournaments as well. Amanda and I have watched almost every point all week. We are exhausted! 😀
