That everyone realizes when they actually get here.…

Just this weekend, I had three different families exploring Bluffton for the first time.

They come thinking they’re looking for a house… but pretty quickly realize they’re actually looking for a lifestyle.

And that’s my favorite part of the process.

Bluffton’s communities are all SO different, and until you actually experience them, it’s hard to know which one feels like you.

The house matters. But finding the place where you want to live your life? That comes first.🤍

Last night the dogs swam while my dad and I sat in the backyard with a cocktail and watched them live their very best lives.

This is Bluffton.
