If I had to send someone to one neighborhood in Boca Raton first, Old Floresta would absolutely be on my list.

Old Floresta is tucked right in the heart of Boca, just minutes from downtown, Mizner Park, and the beach — but the moment you drive in, it feels completely different.

Think tree-lined streets, historic homes, Mediterranean Revival architecture, oversized lots, and houses that actually have character. No cookie-cutter feel here.

What I love most about Old Floresta is that it feels established and almost hidden, while still being incredibly close to everything that makes East Boca such a great place to live.

You can be at Mizner Park for coffee or dinner in minutes, bike toward downtown, or be at the beach without having to plan your whole day around it.

Some of the way I run my business isn’t exactly standard and I’m completely okay with that.

I don’t believe in treating real estate like a volume business. When I work with you, I’m personally involved. I know your home, I know your goals, and I’m there throughout the process, not just when it’s time to sign something.

If you’re buying, I’ll tell you when I think a home is wrong for you, even if you love it and even if saying so could cost me the sale.

If you’re selling, I’m not just putting your home on the MLS and waiting. I care about how it’s positioned, how it looks, how it’s marketed, and what we can do differently to get the best possible result.

And if you’re looking for something outside of an area or property type I know well, I’ll tell you that too, and I’ll connect you with someone I trust who knows it better. I’d much rather know you’re represented properly than pretend I know everything.

Does that approach sometimes cost me business? Probably.

But I’d rather build my business on trust, personal attention, and doing what’s actually best for my clients.
