Here's an open house caption for 109 S Owyhee:

Open House — 109 S Owyhee St | Depot Bench
📅 Sat, June 13th · 12p-3p

Mid-century modern charm meets fully updated living on one of Boise's most beloved streets. This Depot Bench ranch has been thoughtfully upgraded from top to bottom — 2021 roof, 200-amp electrical, full sewer replacement, and a stunning 2023 kitchen with Calacatta quartz and subway tile.
Step outside to a xeriscaped front yard of lavender, sage, and poppies, raised garden beds, and a brick patio shaded by a mature ash tree out back. Every September, hot air balloons drift overhead during the Spirit of Boise Festival — this place has a vibe.
Walk to Wyld Child, Push & Pour, The Stil, and Sidequest on Latah Street. Minutes to Ann Morrison Park, Kathryn Albertson Park, and the greenbelt.
Single-level · 3 bed · Updated bath · Woodgrain laminate throughout · Native landscaping · Powered shed · Enclosed carport
Come see it in person — this one's special. 🏡

Perched in the treetops. Rooted in the foothills.

Just listed in Boise — a fully renovated mid-century modern home on .45 acres where the south-facing windows frame the canopy, the deck looks out over grounds, thoughtfully planted with native, drought tolerant landscaping and the well means your grounds stay lush without a water bill. Enjoy the fire pit, RV parking, bocce ball court, and still room to grow. No HOA on almost half an acre!

New roof. New sewer line. Complete basement remodel. Mid-century home where the updated are done for you!

This one is for the person who wants nature as a daily reality, not a weekend reward. 🌲

As we gather with friends, family, and neighbors this Memorial Day, we hold gratitude for those we remember and respect for the families who carry their legacy forward.

Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

The Treasure Valley market continues to evolve in interesting ways this spring.

What stands out most about April’s numbers is that while inventory has grown slightly month-over-month, we actually have fewer homes available than we did this time last year... yet more properties sold.

That tells us something important:
Buyers are still very active.

We’re not seeing the flood of inventory many expected heading into the spring market, which means well-priced homes are continuing to attract attention across a variety of price points. At the same time, buyers are benefiting from a more balanced pace than the intense competition we experienced a few years ago.

Ada County held a median price of $545,000 in April, while Canyon County came in at $429,945, showing continued resilience in home values despite shifting market conditions.

The market may look different than it did during the frenzy, but people are still moving, buying, investing, and making lifestyle changes throughout the Treasure Valley. That steady demand continues to shape our market in meaningful ways.

Fresh air, wide open spaces, and a place worth protecting 🌎

Idaho is home to some of the largest protected wilderness areas in the country, land that has been cared for and respected by Indigenous communities long before us. This Earth Day is a reminder to experience it thoughtfully and give back in small, meaningful ways.

Whether it’s a walk along the Greenbelt, a visit to the Botanical Garden, or taking time to learn and volunteer, it all matters.

Because taking care of where we live isn’t just a moment, it’s a responsibility.
