Who are we?
Well, we're not "confused". We know exactly who we are and what we are trying to do here. Please allow me to explain.
1. PROPS is a concept that has been built on the motto "First Class Service Without Going 30,000 Feet in the Air".
We believe service can make or break a meal. Are we always perfect? Of course not. We employ real people. And people do fall short some times. However, we do want to know when we fall short. We are always open to listening, improving and training to make sure the same mistake does not become a habit.
2. PROPS can be as casual or as "dressy" as you want it to be. We want to create an environment where you are comfortable dropping in with shorts and a t-shirt. But also with slacks, a button down, or a dress and some gorgeous high heels. Regardless of how you come, we believe you are entitled to GREAT food.
3. We want a light and fun atmosphere. A place to meet up with friends or business associates. A place to meet old friends for drinks, impress a client with amazing food, or awe a first date. We recently saw a review about the music being too loud. If your conversation is ever uncomfortable, please let your server know. We are more than happy to make adjustments! We set our music to shuffle between some specific stations. The older stations play at a lower volume. When newer music comes on, it may play at a louder volume. If we don't catch it first, we appreciate your help!
4. We want to see you multiple times a week. Our menu is designed to bring you back regardless of what you are craving that day. Chef also creates SPECIALS 2x a week to bring in items that you typically would not see in Middle Georgia. There was a time when you would have to travel to the larger cities, or to the coast, to see these items. No longer! Follow the PROPS page to see what Chef is bringing to your front door.

And that, in a nutshell, is who we are.
A rare, and uncommon, mix where casual and First Class blend seamlessly to give you everything you didn't know you needed until PROPS was created. ✈️
