Many buyers are asking that question right now.

The latest SWFL-area housing data shows a market that is becoming more balanced, with increased inventory giving buyers more choices and greater negotiating power than we’ve seen in recent years. Pending sales and closed sales have both increased, indicating that buyers are still actively purchasing homes.

One recent Naples market report summed it up well:“Buyers are active in Southwest Florida. They are buying when the price is right.”

Another key takeaway: “Improved inventory and growing opportunities for buyers.”

While no one can perfectly predict interest rates or future pricing, today’s market offers something many buyers haven’t had in years: more inventory, more negotiating leverage and more opportunities to find the right home. 🏡✨
