Meet Seth Stearns, one of the rising stars at Keller Williams High Country! 🏡

Originally from Smithfield, NC, Seth made the move to Boone in 2021 to attend Appalachian State University and quickly found a home in the High Country. His passion for real estate comes from the relationships he builds every day—with clients, fellow agents, and members of the community.

What drew Seth to Keller Williams High Country was the culture of support, family values, and commitment to education. He believes there's always something new to learn, and that mindset recently earned him the opportunity to attend the KW NextGen Quantum Leap Summit in Austin, Texas, where he joined other young professionals from across the country and heard directly from Gary Keller about personal and business growth.

When he's not helping clients, you'll probably find Seth exploring the outdoors, hiking along the Blue Ridge Parkway, relaxing by the river, roller skating on the Boone Greenway, or adding another vinyl record to his growing collection. A self-proclaimed fan of '80s music, he even enjoys DJing in his spare time!
