I keep going back through the photos of this house and I can’t pick a favorite.

The wooded lot. The porch. That kitchen window. The neighborhood pool and tennis courts just down the road. Every time I think I’ve landed on my favorite part of this one, another one pulls ahead.

Durham has a lot of good food — but there are a few places I find myself recommending over and over, and Guglhupf is always one of them. The kind of place I send people to without even thinking twice about it. The bakery case alone is worth the trip, and it’s one of those spots that never gets old, no matter how many times I’ve been.

What a summer. 💛

An ice cream social, a couple of weddings for some of my favorite people, adventures with Levi, and moving into our new house — and somewhere in the middle of all that, I also got to help 5 families find their way home, show 40 houses, and get 7 listings out into the world.

This season was full in the best way.

And I’m already looking forward to the fall, full of plenty more adventures and exciting moments.
