🚧Road Closure: Leonard Street (from Channing Road to Pleasant Street) will be closed from 7 AM to 6 PM. Please plan your travel accordingly.

👥Town Meeting Booth: For the first time ever, Town Meeting will have a dedicated booth! Stop by to meet Town Moderator Adam Dash and Town Meeting Members. There will be a game and prizes for participants.

Its Red Sox season, and in Spring we either strike out or hit home runs 💝.
One week I had a few solid deals evaporate, while the next week I'm cheering won offers in Maynard, Natick, & Newton! We stopped an open house and beat fierce competition in another. This field is fun, and unpredictable - especially this time of year.

Knock knock: what's teeny tiny but can create big damage?

Answer: Termites 🐜 🐜. To remedy, pest control sets up bait stations around the homes perimeter. The colony don't live in the wood, they live outside. They just come in for a snack. Once the queen dies, the colony does too. Happy to provide reputable vendors to help keep these guys away.
