You owe it to yourself to learn about the MANY changes as to how you can buy or sell a home, even if you've bought a home before. Many agents have no idea about the law change for home inspections. It's going to shake up the market, again.

"The bill essentially negates as a negotiating tool the waiving of the home inspection contingency" As a buyer you need a plan, as a seller you need a plan too.
