Art Show September 25th, 2021

We had a wonderful time last Saturday at the art show in my house. Thank you so much to all my clients, neighbors and friends who showed up to enjoy these beautiful pieces of art together. And a huge thank you to the seven artists who trusted me so much that they did not hesitate to make their paintings available for this show.

As a supporter of local artists I stage my listings with original paintings. They add a new quality of beauty and taste to every house. This time it was my house that got transformed to so much beauty that it was hard to let go of the paintings after the show. If you are in love with these paintings, please don't hesitate to come in contact with the artists, they love to sell their pieces!

Just Sold: 1850 Folsom St 209 for $700,000. This is the first time that a sale price in Horizon West reached $700,000! Unit 209 is well-maintained and showed beautifully since it was staged with original paintings of local artists. I am so happy for my seller, who can now get on with his life and look for a home with yard in Boulder. I enjoyed getting acquainted with Horizon West, an apartment complex in the heart of Boulder that will now be made even more attractive with the upcoming renovation of the first floor. It was a pleasure of working with local artists , and in staging this place to the highest level.

Wishing Happy Easter to everyone celebrating and sending hope and best wishes from some happy South Boulder residents! A year ago with the beginning of the lockdown my family and I decided - like so many others - to get some chicks and raise them over the summer. We couldn't imagine how much joy they would give us.
The chicken enclosure was designed and crafted beautifully by and JPH Remodeling.

Geisel library, campus UCSD

I am on a campus visiting trip with my daughter to the University of California, San Diego. We are stunned with the beauty of this campus. The ocean, the hills, the plants and the architecture of some really impressive buildings add up to a great environment. We loved to explore the Geisel library which has great views inside and out. Built in the late 1960s by architect William Pereira and named later after Audry and Theodor Geisel who is better known as the children's author Dr. Seuss.
We are grateful for the opportunity to travel around right now, it gives new perspectives.
