Danielle did an outstanding job of assisting me with the sale of my previous home and the purchase of my new home. Unlike some realtors I interviewed, she didn't ask me to list below where I felt comfortable and she had some unique ideas to market the home.

The staging advice and assistance she provided was extremely helpful as were the photos and videos she produced to accompany the listing. Once an offer was received, after just 4 days, she helped guide me through the negotiations and documentation ultimately closing the deal in just 3 weeks.

On the buy side, she was extremely patient with my wife and I as we searched for our home. Once we found the perfect property, she guided us through the purchase process helping to coordinate the transaction in conjunction with my property sale allowing for the close to happen the very next day.

Along the way, she helped navigate through several complex issues that could have potentially disrupted both deals. If you're looking for a realtor, I highly recommend that you consider her to help guide you through the journey.
