Inspect The Hardware: Look at the rollers, hinges, and tracks for loose bolts or wear. Tighten any loose nuts or screws with a wrench

Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply a silicone-based or lithium grease to the rollers, springs, and hinges. Avoid using standard WD-40, as it attracts dirt.

Clean The Tracks: Wipe out dirt and debris from the metal tracks using a damp cloth. Keep the tracks clear so the door moves easily.

Test The Auto-Reverse Safety Feature: Place a roll of paper towels or a piece of wood in the path of the closing door. The door should reverse immediately when it touches the object.

Check The Balance: Disconnect the opener by pulling the emergency release cord. Lift the door halfway and let it go; it should stay in place without sliding down.
