Affordability challenges continue to reshape how buyers are approaching homeownership, and many are finding creative ways to make it work.

Latino households led U.S. homeownership growth last year, adding an incredible 441,000 new homeowner households, the largest annual increase ever recorded.

In today’s market, buyers are adapting by:
• Partnering with co-borrowers or purchasing with multigenerational family members
• Utilizing family financial support to strengthen buying power
• Focusing more on long-term homeownership goals rather than short-term “starter homes”

While some buyers are waiting for rates or prices to shift, others are adjusting their strategy and structure to move forward now.

The reality is, today’s market often rewards creativity, flexibility, and having the right plan in place. There are still opportunities out there for buyers willing to think differently about how they approach the process.

Longmont has quietly become one of Colorado’s most important high-tech hubs, and it all really began in the 1960s.

Many people don’t realize that Longmont’s reputation as a center for innovation took off when IBM announced in 1965 that they would build a major plant between Boulder and Longmont. Happy Mother’s Day . You don’t give yourself enough credit for being the amazing mother and parent that you really are. You continue to amaze me with your patience, understanding, and amazing strategies for parenting our child. Plus, there’s nothing wrong with tapping into the Dr Becky Bot every once in a while. I’m glad we’re on this journey together.
