Meet Benchmark Horizon, a 7,257 square foot custom home we designed and built in Boulder County as a Marshall Fire rebuild. Five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and full Net Zero performance, achieved through a fully integrated approach to building systems, envelope design, and energy production.

Expansive glazing and tall ceilings fill the home with natural light while keeping it comfortable and efficient in every season. We managed this project from design all the way through construction, with every detail considered along the way.

A few more details worth sharing about Blazing Star in Niwot Hills. The great room ceiling is coffered in alder, with white oak floors and an open-tread stair running through the home.

The primary bath has a curbless shower with a heated floor, and downstairs there is a full w**e wall, a wet bar, and a dedicated exercise room.

Outside, a built-in Lynx grill and outdoor hood turn the rear porch into a real second kitchen. Net-zero does not mean giving anything up here.

We loved hearing this from Roger and Laura Bohart.
