Buying a house looks very organized on paper.

Step 1.
Step 2.

Cute little timeline.
Everyone feels prepared.

Then reality shows up with lender questions, inspection decisions, appraisal updates, paperwork, deadlines, second thoughts, excitement, panic, and at least one “wait, what happens next?” moment.

Totally normal.

The process is not always a straight line.
