It’s how you start building equity instead of paying someone else’s mortgage.
It’s how you learn what you like, what you don’t, and what actually matters in a house.
It’s how you get yourself in a position to level up later.

I see it all the time. People wait and wait for the “perfect” house, the “perfect” rate, the “perfect” timing… and meanwhile, the people who got in the game are already building wealth.

Is it always perfect? No.
Is it worth it? Most of the time, yes.
