I was educated at Drexel University with
a dual major in accounting and finance and minors in management and psychology and I offer over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. After college, I had an incredible drive to become a successful entrepreneur. I have been a real estate investor since 1985 and a member of H.A.P.C.O. (Landlord Association). I was very interested in the Real Estate Industry and wanted to expand my horizons. Those ambitions led me to my calling as a Realtor and helped me link those two facets of the Real Estate Industry in which I thrived and that I so enjoy; Real Estate Investing and Real Estate Sales. I became a licensed Realtor in 1992 and a member of the Local, Pennsylvania and National Associations of Realtors. I continued my education in the world of Real Estate and went on to become a Real Estate Broker. In 1997, I, along with my three partners, became owner of and opened Century 21 All-Elite, Inc. and I was named Corporate Secretary for the firm. Also, I presently and, for many years now, personally own and manage twenty one rental units in Philadelphia and Delaware County, PA. In addition to my education and experience as a Real Estate Sales Person and Broker, and also as a seasoned Real Estate Investor, I devoted very much time to furthering that education so that I can become even more diverse in my business and industry. After many hours of education, I’ve earned and achieved four prestigious Real Estate designations; ABR, AHWD, RECS, SRES, and believe that I have definitely separated myself from the pack and, instead of a ‘niche Realtor’, I believe that I am the ‘Realtor for All’!! The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course sharpened my skills so that I could truly offer superior representation to both Buyers and Sellers. The At Home With Diversity (AHWD) course taught me about the many different cultures that are all part of our wonderful country and how each culture differs from each other. As a Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS) I have gained more knowledge about technology and how it goes hand in hand with my industry and career. In the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) course, I learned about the generational differences and also how to best represent Senior Citizens (and pretty much those from any generation) in an ever and quickly changing world. Because of my education in finance and management and my vast experience and education in Real Estate investing, sales and management, I believe that I have become very well rounded in all aspects of Real Estate.
