Strategy Advisor. His team has extensive experience in residential, association, and commercial real estate throughout the nation. Joseph is responsible for consulting sellers, buyers, and investors in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Joseph determines clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their situation. He performs comparative market analyses to estimate property values and personal financial reviews to help people reach their financial goals. Joseph is a lifelong learner and graduated with a MBA, MS, BA, AAS, and AA. His military background consisted of him being an U.S. Army Aviation Technician, Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resiliency Trainer, and Tactical Combatives Instructor. He was a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has taught college courses in occupational studies, business, martial arts conditioning, science, and fitness subjects. Outside of business growth, investing, and training, Joe enjoys off roading, martial arts, traveling, and reading.
