As I begin my 8th year in Real Estate the word that comes to mind is transformative. With over 100 million sold in Real Estate and over 250 families helped, we look ahead to what the next 8 years will bring for us. Growing up in Topsham and later graduating from The University of Southern Maine there is no doubt that Maine is my home. I know this state like the back of my hand and most specifically the Midcoast and Southern Maine portion. My background in Sociology, Social Work and Yoga taught me balance and most importantly how to remain calm in challenging situations- two crucial components to my everyday life as a realtor. I am grateful to be married to my business partner Brent Sawyer, together we reside in Topsham with our children Polly and Sonny and our two dogs Mowgli and Cam. As a native Mainer, I am fortunate to have ties across the entire state. Growing up in the beautiful town of Camden, having family camps in the mid-coast, downeast and western regions, and family scattered throughout the state, I am able to spend my time in the best places Maine has to offer. After college I pursued a career in kitchen design, where I utilized my love for interior and structural composition to help clients bring their visions to reality. From there I furthered my passion for design and created a line of durable, functional floorcloth rugs, which over the past 12 years have been shipped all over the United States and internationally. While making rugs, I took my knowledge and experience of design and construction to a new level and began purchasing and renovating properties in need. After multiple years of renovation and new construction, it seemed a natural path to pursue a career in Real Estate. Being a Realtor allows me to combine my vast knowledge of the state, my experience with design and my desire to help and guide clients in the most fulfilling way. Being an authentic, trusted advisor to my clients is my top priority and I look forward to it every single day.
