As highlighted in the article:

“Rather than building a large apartment complex, Reynolds Cottages features thoughtfully designed cottages in a walkable neighborhood that complement the character of Brunswick’s historic New Town community,” Lance Sabbe said. “It is also the first neighborhood on the Georgia coast to be built using the FORTIFIED Gold construction standard, providing homeowners with greater resilience to hurricanes and severe weather while helping reduce long-term insurance costs.”

Construction is moving along on a housing complex in the New Town neighborhood called Reynold Cottages, the completion of which is expected by the end of the year.
