The only thing better than the holidays is celebrating them in your new home!

Story time: I had a buyer consult scheduled for last Friday (4 days ago).

They reached out to me on Friday the week prior to see a home that came on market that day. We went to the Twilight Tour and saw the home that afternoon. Went back for a second look on Broker Tour Tuesday. Offers were due Wednesday. We wrote an offer, were in a multiple offer situation, and were ratified by Wednesday night – 5 days after we saw our first home together. We canceled our buyer consult on Friday because they were already in contract on a home! We have an 18 day close. That will be 23 days from start to finish. They will be in their new home for the all these holidays. 🏡🎄❤️
