This one had a little bit of a journey to get to the closing table.

My client knew exactly where she wanted to be — Oak Creek — and the competition was no joke. After one property fell through and missing out on another, we regrouped, stayed patient, and came up with a game plan for the next opportunity.

I sent her this home while it was still Coming Soon, before it was available to the public. Once we got inside and she knew it was the one, the goal was simple: put together the strongest offer we could without going crazy just to win.

Less than 24 hours after submitting, the listing broker called to let me know they were moving forward with our offer, canceling all future showings and the upcoming open house. He also mentioned how much he appreciated receiving a clean, well-written offer, and just like that, we were under contract.
