C Street beach clean up. Mixed feelings. I anticipated picking up more trash, though am grateful I didn’t. Certainly wasn’t for a lack of effort. Lots of volunteers!! Probably over 80% of what I picked up was styrofoam. Why is styrofoam still legal to produce??
