Clients of mine fell in love with a specific lot and model in a new development. We were told multiple times the chances were slim because there were several buyers ahead of them on the list. But instead of giving up, we stayed proactive. Early on, I encouraged them to get fully pre-approved well in advance so that if an opportunity came up, they’d be ready to move immediately without hesitation.
Even after getting the call that another buyer had secured the home, we kept going, staying on the list, exploring backup options, and continued to follow up. Then the very next day… we got the call that the original homesite they wanted was officially theirs. 🤍
Moments like this are why representation matters. Strategy, preparation, persistence, and having someone consistently advocating for you can change the outcome completely. I ‘m truly happy for this family! They get to have their design appointment soon and start making this home their own! ❤️
