🏡 Our loan originator Wendy Gilstrap - Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation got to do 3 loan applications on the spot!

🥳🥹 Congratulations to my amazing friends!

They sold their first home today, they created so many memories with, and got the keys to their forever home, with plenty of space to spread out, to make new memories in❤️

I’m so happy and proud of them!

From getting the home ready for showings, to making sure they stayed on top of everything for their new buy, they made it happen🙌

Their home was on the market not even a day, and was under contract for over asking price 💰

I couldn’t be more excited for all the adventures they have to look forward to in their beautiful, new home 🏡

We’re also so happy for the buyers that will now call their previous place, home.

I can’t believe we’re here! This is an extremely special closing for all of us in the pic. These buyers were sent to me through realtor . Com, almost a year ago. They came to make a life here from Germany. When I met them, we had the best connection🙌 I soon found out that it would be a good bit tougher than I thought for them to buy a home. Despite what anyone says , that people can get whatever they want when they’re from another country, it’s 💯% not true ! We had to make sure this deserving couple took all the right steps so they could be ready soon. we had to establish credit, wait for their FICO to show in the United States, and make sure they had the proper visa status, and rental history. Most every lender wants at least two year history. The infamous Kristie Story Varner has done it again! She is the real deal !!!She had an investor that qualified them to buy, not even being in the states a full year 🤗 I’m forever grateful for them continuing to stick with me and trusting my guidance for so long. Today they received keys to their own piece of the American Dream🙌🙌🙌 I’m so , so, so proud and happy for these two !
