We weren’t quite ready to bring this one to the late-summer market, but we kept our eyes open for the right buyer in the meantime. A couple of private showings later, we were under contract and everyone was happy.

There’s a lot that happens outside of the MLS, especially in a market with limited inventory. Sometimes the best strategy is simply knowing who is looking, what they’re looking for, and when to make the connection.
