This closing feels a little different—it’s ours. 💙

After almost 14 years, Donny and I have officially sold the home where we lived so much of our life together. So many memories were made within these walls—some beautiful, some hard, and many that helped shape us into who we are today.

We’re excited for the new season ahead, but that doesn’t make it easy to leave this home behind. It has held our family, our laughter, our tears, our celebrations, and so many ordinary days that became special simply because they were ours.

Today, we close this chapter with grateful hearts and step into the next one—carrying all those memories with us.

Here’s to new beginnings, new memories, and making our new house feel like home.

Congratulations to Melanie’s Sellers on the successful sale of
🏠 415 Forest St, Jackson

Not every real estate story is wrapped up neatly with a red ribbon, and this one definitely required a little patience.

Our seller first trusted us when we helped him purchase this home, and we were so thankful when he called us again when it was time to sell.

Since buying the home, life has changed in some really wonderful ways. He got married, moved in with his wife, and was ready to close this chapter.

We thought we had it sold once, but when the first contract fell through because of a buyer contingency, he handled the disappointment with so much patience and grace. He trusted the process, waited for the right buyer to come along, and today we finally get to celebrate getting him to the finish line.

He is also a Veteran, which makes it even more meaningful for us. We are always grateful for the opportunity to serve those who have served our country, but being trusted more than once is something we never take lightly. 🇺🇸

We are so happy for him as he moves forward into this new season of life with his wife, and incredibly thankful he chose us to walk alongside him again.
