🎉🔑 Officially a Homeowner!

Today my first-time homebuyer traded in Zillow scrolling for actual keys. 🏡

This adorable home checked all the boxes, and after all the paperwork, signatures, and waiting, it's finally hers. 💜 Now comes the fun part: deciding where the couch goes and finding that one box that somehow disappears during every move.

Today was one of those closings that reminds me why I love what I do. 💜🏡

My buyer isn't a typical "first-time homebuyer." At 30+ ish, after navigating a divorce, building a new relationship, and blending a family of three kids (plus some adorable guinea pigs 🐹), she took a huge step toward a fresh start.

This house checked all the boxes: plenty of room for everyone, a backyard made for memories, and enough space for all the skulls, flowers, and Nightmare Before Christmas decor their hearts desire. 💀🌻

Buying your first home doesn't have to happen in your 20s. Sometimes it happens exactly when it's supposed to. Sometimes it's less about a house and more about creating a place where a new chapter can begin.
