Plans are moving forward on a new hotel development in Fishers, highlighting continued growth in the area’s hospitality sector.

The approved project includes a four-story Holiday Inn near I-69, totaling approximately 49,000 square feet with 89 guest rooms. The hotel is designed to accommodate increasing demand from business travelers, visitors, and nearby entertainment activities.

City officials emphasized the site’s strong accessibility and proximity to key destinations, positioning the hotel to support ongoing economic development and regional tourism.

Located within one of Fishers’ primary growth corridors, the project aligns with the city’s broader strategy to expand lodging options and enhance its appeal as a destination for both work and leisure.

If completed as planned, the development will further strengthen Fishers’ hospitality presence and support continued commercial growth in the area.
