Last week, we hosted our annual Leadership Meeting with our incredible Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors, and we’re still energized from the time together. It was a chance to reflect on the progress we’ve made, celebrate standout achievements across our communities, and recognize the dedication, consistency, and hard work that so often happens behind the scenes but makes all the difference every day.

We’re deeply grateful to our leadership teams for the care they bring to their properties, their teams, and their residents. Your commitment to excellence continues to raise the bar year after year.

This month, we are proud to recognize two outstanding team members who truly exemplify what it means to go above and beyond. Please join us in congratulating Amanda Immerfall, Property Manager, and Devin Smith, Maintenance Technician, as our Employees of the Month—both from Union Club.

Amanda Immerfall has demonstrated exceptional dedication not only to Union Club, but to Lauth Communities as a whole. During the heavy snowfall just before Thanksgiving, Amanda was out early alongside her maintenance team, shoveling and clearing paths to ensure residents had a safe place to call home and her staff felt fully supported. Beyond her strong onsite leadership, Amanda has been an invaluable asset throughout our RealPage transition—always available, always willing to help, and never hesitating to step up when needed. Her commitment, teamwork, and unwavering positivity make a meaningful impact every single day.

Devin Smith has been with Union Club since 2024 and has truly exceeded expectations in every sense. Since September, Devin has been running the property almost entirely on his own, handling 90% of on-call responsibilities, with Amanda covering the remaining 10%. After just four days with a new supervisor, Devin seamlessly took the reins solo once again. From completing all work orders and turning apartments to managing snow removal, Devin has tackled every challenge with professionalism, dedication, and an incredible work ethic. His pride in his work and commitment to keeping Union Club running smoothly does not go unnoticed.
